             Key Operating Principle: ForexPDF operates on a 100% client-side processing model. All file processing occurs locally in your web browser. Your files are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party servers. You retain full control and ownership of your documents at all times.

All tools utilize client-side JavaScript libraries (PDF-Lib, Tesseract.js, SheetJS, html2pdf.js, jsPDF, Cropper.js, JSZip) and operate entirely within your browser.

ForexPDF is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties or guarantees of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific conversion quality. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time without notice.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

By using ForexPDF, you agree to the following:

Important Disclaimer Regarding OCR and Conversion Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and document format conversion may produce errors, especially with low-quality scans, handwriting, complex layouts, or non-standard fonts. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any extracted text, converted files, or processed documents.

6. Limitation of Liability

8. Password-Protected & Encrypted PDFs

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to unlock, protect, or process any password-protected or encrypted PDFs using our tools. ForexPDF is not responsible for any unauthorized access to documents. The "Unlock PDF" tool requires you to have the correct password — we do not perform password cracking or brute-force attacks.

9. Children's Use

ForexPDF is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are under 13, please do not use our services.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
