DMCA Compliance
1. Introduction
ForexPDF ("Website", "We", "Us", or "Our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we have established a policy to respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. This page describes our copyright compliance procedures and how to report copyright infringement claims.
Important Note: ForexPDF operates on a 100% client-side processing model. Your files are processed locally in your browser and never uploaded to our servers. However, we are committed to responding to any valid copyright concerns regarding content accessible through our website.

ForexPDF respects the intellectual property rights of others. We expect our users to use our tools only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable copyright laws. - Tool Functionality: Our tools are designed to manipulate PDF files locally. Any user who processes copyrighted materials without authorization is solely responsible for that conduct.
- DMCA Applicability: The DMCA takedown process is designed for content hosted on a service provider's systems. Given our client-side processing architecture, typical DMCA takedown notices regarding specific user files may not be applicable. However, we will respond to any valid legal requests regarding our website content.
9. False Claims and Misrepresentations
Please be aware that under the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees). You should carefully consider your legal rights and obligations before submitting a DMCA notice or counter-notification.
